Over 100 rockets launched from Lebanon targeting northern “Israel”

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Oct. 21 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation army announced that it detected over 100 rockets launched from Lebanon on Sunday, targeting multiple settlements and troop gatherings in northern occupied Palestine. Channel 12 reported a heavy barrage aimed at Nahariya, Akka, and settlements in western Galilee.

Israeli sources noted that intense explosions occurred in Safed after air raid sirens were activated, with fires breaking out in Ami’ad. They claimed that several rockets landed in various settlements without causing any injuries. Air raid sirens were also heard in Nahariya, Akka, and the Galilee region.

Later, Hezbollah announced that its fighters targeted the “settlements of Shlomi and Adamit,” achieving direct hits on troop concentrations.

The Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth cited an Israeli military source stating that Hezbollah has secured victories in its conflict with “Israel,” despite suffering significant losses recently. The source added that Hezbollah continues to keep fighters from the Radwan unit for defensive operations.
