Several Israeli officers killed in Hezbollah ground attack

BEIRUT, Oct. 08 (YPA) – A large number of officers and soldiers of a special Israeli force were killed and wounded on Tuesday in a major attack of the Hezbollah fighters during the ground battles in southern Lebanon.

Hezbollah said in a statement the attack also destroyed several military equipment of the Israeli occupation near Labbouneh area.

The occupation’s solders were targeted after trying to infiltrate towards Lebanese territory at the Labouneh point.

Earlier in the day, Hezbollah launched a major attack on the vital targets of the occupation in the city of Haifa inside the Zionist enemy entity, and the Hebrew media described the attack as the largest since the beginning of the war.
