Moroccan calls launched for solidarity march with Gaza

RABAT, Oct. 06 (YPA) – Civil organizations, parties, and unions in Morocco called on citizens to participate in a march on Sunday, the one-year anniversary of the genocidal war waged by the Israeli occupation on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.

According to a statement issued by the Action Group for Palestine, this march will carry the slogan “Al-Aqsa Flood until the liberation of Palestine and the overthrow of normalization in loyalty to the resistance and the martyrs.”

The statement added that the march also comes “to denounce the Israeli aggression against the Lebanese people.”

In its statement, the group condemned “the continued targeting of civilians one year after the genocide.”

The group added: “The Moroccan arena witnessed thousands of events, demonstrations, and sit-ins in support of Gaza.”
