Hezbollah launches new series of attacks on sites of Zionist entity

BEIRUT, Sept. 13 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, led by Hezbollah, launched a series of new strikes against Zionist forces in northern occupied Palestine.

This was confirmed in a series of statements issued by Hezbollah on Friday.

The first statement stated that, in response to the “Israeli” enemy’s attack and assassination in the town of Kfar Jouz, the Islamic Resistance fighters bombarded the main base of the missile air defense belonging to the Northern Region Command in Birya Barracks with volleys of Katyusha rockets.

In the second statement, Hezbollah confirmed that its fighters targeted Al-Marj site with rocket weapons, scoring a direct hit.

“The Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Zibdeen Barracks in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms with rocket weapons, scoring a direct hit,” a third statement affirmed.

In response to the massacre committed by the “Israeli” enemy in the town of Kfar Jouz, the Islamic Resistance fighters launched an aerial operation on Friday, 13-9-2024, with a squadron of assault drones on the Filon base (headquarters of the 210th Division and its northern region storage) southeast of the occupied city of Safed, targeting the positions and quarters of its officers and soldiers, according to the fourth statement.

“The attack scored a direct hit and resulted in confirmed casualties.”

According to the fifth statement, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Bayyad Blida site with artillery shells, scoring a direct hit.

The sixth statement underscored that, after monitoring and observing enemy soldiers, when a force from the Military Gathering arrived at Birket Risha site, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted it, with appropriate weapons, achieving direct hits.

“This led to the burning of an enemy vehicle and resulted in confirmed casualties, including deaths and injuries.”

On the other hand, Israeli media acknowledged that the Air Force attempted to intercept a drone launched by Hezbollah, but it exploded at the “Amiad” base in northern occupied Palestine.

Israeli media circulated a footage of a booby-trapped drone infiltrating the Safed area.
