40 Palestinians killed, dozens injured, others arrested in West Bank

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Sept. 05 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces, on Thursday, continued their aggression on the northern West Bank, especially the governorates of Jenin, Tulkarm and Tubas, for the ninth day.

Since Wednesday, August 28, the occupation forces have launched a large-scale aggression on the West Bank, especially its north, which has so far resulted in the martyrdom of 40 Palestinian citizens, including 21 from Jenin, 8 from Tulkarm, 8 from Tubas and 3 from Hebron, raising the death toll in the West Bank, including Jerusalem, since October 7, 2023 to 692.

During their aggression, the occupation forces deliberately bulldozed the streets and camps of the three cities and destroyed citizens’ property, public and private facilities, and infrastructure, including water and electricity supply systems.

The occupation forces also obstructed the work of medical crews and the movement of ambulances, which are subject to inspection and deliberate delay in doing their job, which threatens life of patients and injured.
