Sanaa airport director explains reasons for delay in passengers’ luggage

SANAA, Aug. 31 (YPA) – Director of Sanaa International Airport, Khalid Al-Shaif, provided an explanation about the reason for the delay of some passengers’ luggage on Friday’s flight to Queen Alia International Airport of Jordan.

“The matter was investigated and turned out that the reason was the weight, which was more than the ideal weight,” Al-Shaif said in a post on X platform.

He added: “The pilot was forced to unload some travelers’ luggage according to international safety standards.”
