SANAA, July 23 (YPA) – Head of the Sanaa negotiating delegation, Mohammed Abdul-Salam, announced on Tuesday that an agreement had been reached between Yemen and Saudi Arabia to address some humanitarian and economic issues.
Abdul-Salam said in a post on “X” that the agreement stipulated that the recent decisions and procedures that the coalition-backed government against banks will be canceled on both sides, in addition to stop any similar decisions or procedures in the future.
Abdul-Salam pointed out that the agreement also confirmed the resumption of Yemenia Airlines flights between Sanaa and Jordan, in addition to increasing the number of its flights to three daily including Cairo and India.
He indicated that the agreement included holding meetings to address the administrative, technical and financial challenges faced by the Yemeni Airlines Company, starting to hold meetings to discuss all economic and humanitarian issues based on the road map.
