Yemeni forces target Israeli ship in Gulf of Aden, Zionist sites in “Umm al-Rashrash”

SANAA, July 15 (YPA) – The Yemeni armed forces of the Sanaa government announced on Sunday evening the implementation of two military operations, targeting an Israeli ship in the Gulf of Aden and military targets of the Zionist enemy in the Umm al-Rashrash area in southern occupied Palestine.

The armed forces explained in a statement that the naval forces, the unmanned air force, and the missile force carried out a joint operation targeting the Israeli ship (MSC UNIFIC) in the Gulf of Aden with a number of ballistic missiles and drones.

The statement pointed out that a number of drones targeted a number of military targets of the Israeli enemy in the Umm al-Rashrash area, south of occupied Palestine, and the operation achieved its goals successfully.

The two operations come as a part of support for the Palestinian people and in response to the Al-Mawasi massacre in Khan Yunis, which was committed by the Israeli enemy, according to the statement.

The Yemeni armed forces renewed the call for all Arab and Islamic armies to perform their religious, moral, and humanitarian duty towards the Palestinian people, confirming their full readiness to carry out joint military operations with any Arab or Islamic party that supports the oppressed Palestinian people.

The statement stressed that “the operations of the Yemeni armed forces will not stop unless the Zionist aggression is stopped and the siege imposed on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip is lifted.”

The Yemeni armed forces’ spokesman, Brigadier General Yahya Sarie, confirmed in a post on the “X” on Saturday that “the Yemeni armed forces are following developments in the situation in the Gaza Strip, the latest of which is the Al-Mawasi massacre that was committed by the Zionist enemy and left hundreds of martyrs and wounded.”

Brigadier General Sarie pointed out that Arab and Islamic Inaction had encouraged the Israeli enemy to continue committing these crimes in full view of the world.
