Young man killed, others injured by bullets from Palestinian authorities in Jenin

WEST BANK, July 13 (YPA) – The young man, Ahmed Al-Bali, was killed on Saturday by bullets from the security services of the Palestinian Authority while he was working on his bicycle in the vicinity of Ibn Sina Hospital in the city of Jenin.

A number of people were also injured by the authority’s security services’ bullets in the city of Jenin this afternoon.

Members of the Authority’s security forces opened fire on the two young men who were riding in their vehicle near Ibn Sina Hospital, wounding them immediately.

The authorities tried to arrest the two Palestinian young men, but they were able to withdraw towards the camp.

Eyewitnesses denounced the incident, considering that the authority’s action threatens civil peace and national unity and exposes the lives of citizens to danger.

The citizens demanded that the authorities stop persecuting citizens against a political and national successor, and to stop using weapons, which threaten their lives.

The Authority’s agencies continue to persecute citizens on political and national grounds, and throw dozens of resistance fighters into its prisons under security coordination between the Authority’s agencies and the Israeli occupation’s security agencies.
