Brazil condemns settlement expansion plan in West Bank

SANAA, July 10 (YPA) – Brazil said that it condemns the Zionist entity’s plan to expand illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank.

A statement by the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs indicated that the decision to expand settlements in the occupied West Bank constitutes a clear violation of international law and will jeopardize efforts for a two-state solution.

The statement stated that the Brazilian government was horrified by the arbitrary decision taken by the Zionist government to expand illegal settlements in the West Bank on June 27th.

Brazil condemns this decision, which casts a shadow over peace efforts, and considers it a reason to prolong the ongoing conflict, and it also jeopardizes regional peace efforts.
