Yemen Airways confirm continuing to its duties from Sanaa

SANAA, July 07 (YPA) – Sanaa-based management of Yemen Airways Company affirmd on Saturday that it does not recognize any board of the company exercising its work and duties out of the capital, Sanaa.

“Any management that does not carry out its work and tasks from the main center in Sanaa is considered illegal, and any decisions will not be taken into account as they contradict the laws, agreements, and charters of establishing the company, the company said In a statement.

The statement explained that the actual management of Yemen Airways is in the main center in the capital, Sanaa, would deal with all provinces impartially, completely professionally, without discrimination.

It pointed out that the company has a complete sovereignty and does not belong to any party, category, or region, and it does not also receive external dictates or directives, as in the Saudi-led coalition-held southern provinces are happening.

The company’s statement confirmed that the company belongs to the Yemeni people from Socotra province to Saada, providing its services in the field of civil aviation to every Yemeni citizen.

It stated that the company has an aircraft maintenance center at Sanaa International Airport, run by high-level Yemeni technical and engineering cadres attested to their competence, integrity, and long experience in the field of aircraft maintenance.
