Qatar’s negotiations fail due to Israeli delegation’s intransigence regarding prisoner exchange deal

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, July 06 (YPA) – Zionist media said on Friday that the Zionist negotiating team is on its way to “Tel Aviv” after the end of the negotiating round in Qatar regarding the exchange deal.

The Walla website said that Mossad chief David Barnea informed the mediators in Doha of his rejection of Hamas’ request and his written commitment to continue the second-phase negotiations without any time limit.

The website also quoted Israeli officials as saying that the dispute relates to the duration of negotiations between Hamas and the Zionist entity regarding the conditions of the second phase, which must lead to sustainable calm.

This comes at a time when Zionist security sources confirmed that the official responsible for the hostage file in the Zionist army said that he would resign if Netanyahu spoiled the current efforts.
