UN official: War on Gaza is becoming more horrific

GAZA, June 09 (YPA) – The United Nations Humanitarian Coordinator, Martin Griffiths, announced that the scenes of killing in Nuseirat prove that the war is becoming more horrific, and the Nuseirat camp is the epicenter of the tragedy experienced in the Gaza Strip.

Griffiths said in a statement on the “X” platform, on Sunday, that the Nuseirat refugee camp has become the center of the seismic shock that civilians in Gaza are still suffering from, and when we see the bodies on the ground, we remember that there is no safe place in Gaza.

“When we see bloodied patients being treated on hospital floors, we remember that health care in Gaza is hanging by a thread”, he added.

Griffiths commented on the release of detainees, saying: “Even when 4 detainees are reunited with their families, we are reminded that dozens are still detained and must be released all, and all civilians must be protected from this torment collectivism and must end now”.
