Businessman seriously injured in assassination attempt in Aden

ADEN, May 20 (YPA) – Health condition of businessman Hani Al-Mansouri, who was subjected to an assassination attempt on Sunday near his home in the city of Enmaa, in the Aden governorate, has deteriorated, medical sources said .

The sources explained that Al-Mansouri was shot four times and remains in intensive care until Sunday evening, with his health condition being very critical.

Gunmen opened fire at Al-Mansouri while he was in his car leaving his home on Sunday afternoon in the city of Enmaa, Aden, resulting in four bullet wounds.

He was subsequently transferred to Doctors Without Borders hospital in critical condition.

The occupied Aden governorate have been  experiencing unprecedented security breakdowns and widespread chaos amid the conflict between factions affiliated with the Saudi-led coalition.
