Syrain air defenses fend off Zionist aggression

DAMASCUS, Feb. 29 (YPA) – The Syrian air defense forces responded to an Israeli missile aggression and shot down most of them, State official news agency SANA reported, citing a military source.

“At approximately 21:35 pm Wednesday, the Israeli enemy launched an air aggression from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan, targeting a number of points in the Damascus countryside,” the military source said in a statement.

The source added that the losses were limited to material.
