WEST BANK, Aug. 09 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of raids across various parts of the occupied West Bank early Saturday, concentrated in the Nablus and Hebron governorates. The raids included home invasions and arrests.
In the town of Dahiriya, southwest of Hebron, Israeli occupation troops arrested a young man after storming and searching his home.
In Al-Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron, the occupation soldiers raided several homes and detained a number of young men for field interrogations.
Meanwhile, five Palestinians from the town of Al-Shuyukh, northeast of Hebron, were briefly detained at the Farsh Al-Hawa checkpoint at the western entrance to Hebron.
They were taken to the Tarqumiya crossing west of the city and later released .
In Bethlehem, Israeli occupation forces entered the town of Al-Khader from its eastern entrance and were seen stationed in multiple neighborhoods including near the Grand Mosque, Abu Saud area, Al-Bawwaba, and Al-Sayfi. No home raids or arrests were reported there.
In the northern West Bank, the occupation forces stormed the town of Beit Dajan, east of Nablus, as well as Balata and Al-Ain refugee camps, deploying sound grenades and conducting house searches. No arrests were confirmed.
Separately, several Israeli military vehicles also entered the city of Jericho, though no arrests were reported.
