President urges further efforts to improve roads network

SANAA, July 11 (YPA) – President Mahdi al-Mashat on Wednesday urged further efforts to improve the network of roads and bridges in order to ease citizens’ move between cities and villages.

The president discussed in a meeting with Minister of Public Words and Roads, Ghalib Motlaq, the workflow of the ministry, as well as the projects being implemented in the field of roads and bridges.

The meeting touched on the maintenance projects devoted to address the damage caused by bombing of Saudi-led coalition warplanes to the roads and bridges in several province over more than three years.

The minister reviewed the ministry’s current projects and its plans for the coming stage as well as the difficulties facing its work.
