BEIRUT, Jan. 23 (YPA) – Lebanon’s Hezbollah renewed on Tuesday its attack on the Israeli Meron Air Force base north of occupied Palestine.
The Hezbollah “Meron” air control base in Jabal al-Jarmaq was targeted with a large number of appropriate missiles.
The statement affirmed that Hezbollah fighters accurately targeted also the Khirbet Maar base with appropriate weapons.
Following the targeting, electricity was cut off in several settlements in the Meron base, according to Zionist media.
This attack came in response to the recent assassinations in Lebanon and Syria, and the repeated Zionist attacks on civilians and homes in southern Lebanese villages, also in support of the steadfast Palestinian people in Gaza.
The “Meron” base had previously been in Hezbollah’s target area. On the 6th of this month, the resistance attacked it with 62 missiles of various types, as part of the initial response to the crime of assassinating the leader Al-Arouri in the southern suburb.
