Hamas exposes Washington’s falsehood regarding al-Shifa Complex
GAZA, Nov. 17 (YPA) – Hamas Movement held on Friday Washington responsible for adopting the Zionist enemy’s false narrative about the Al-Shifa Medical Complex.
The movement considered this adoption a green light for the Zionist enemy to commit more crimes against the Palestinian people in Gaza Strip.
“The Pentagon’s claim that Hamas used Al-Shifa Hospital for military purposes and that they did not know the exact location or time of its use, and then the US State Department’s claim that Hamas used hospitals and schools as military sites, is a repetition of a blatantly false narrative,” the movement said in a statement.
The statement confirmed that the weak and ridiculous plays of the Zionist enemy army spokesman, after storming al-Rantissi and al-Shifa Hospital, and threatening the safety of patients and medical staff, showed the falsehood of these allegations.
It stressed that insisting on lying, and ignoring the call issued by the movement and the management of Al-Shifa Hospital, to the United Nations and international institutions to form an international committee to inspect hospitals and schools, to confirm the lie of the enemy’s story, indicated the responsibility of the American administration and its partnership with the occupation entity to commit more from war crimes and genocide against citizens in Gaza.
The statement added that the US support to the Zionist entity constitutes a new American cover for the continued aggression against the medical sector to destroy with the aim of displacing the Palestinian people.
The movement’s statement reminded President Biden and his administration that the Zionist enemy bombed most hospitals, cutting off electricity, fuel, and medicines, which led to 26 out of 35 hospitals being out of service, in addition to also bombed 255 schools, including UNRWA schools, which are inhabited by displaced people under international care and protection, which was witnessed by UNRWA and many international organizations.
