9 US aircrafts transport air defense systems to Jordan

SANAA, Oct. 29 (YPA) – The US Ministry of Defense has transferred modern air defense systems to one of its military bases in Jordan near the Iraqi border over the past few hours.

Media sources quoted that 9 transport aircrafts type C-17, transported Patriot air defense systems from the American bases “Fort Sill, Fort Liberty” to Muwaffaq Al-Salti air base in Jordan, which is 200 km from the border with Iraq.

The sources published a monitoring of the trajectory of the American transport flights arriving in Jordan, with the aim of deploying air defense systems to repel possible air attacks from Iraq heading towards the headquarters of the Zionist enemy army in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.
