Palestinian Resistance Factions hold ” Al -Rokn Al Shadeed 4″ military drill in Gaza
GAZA, Sept. 12 (YPA) – The military arms of the Palestinian Resistance Factions in Gaza began on Tuesday morning to hold the “Al -Rokn Al Shadeed 4″ military drill, marking the 18th anniversary of the defeat of the Israeli occupation from the Gaza Strip.
The military arms began the exercise by firing a rocket barrage towards the sea.
A military official in the Joint Operations Room of the Palestinian Resistance Factions said that the exercise comes as a continuation of the ” Al-Rokn Al-Shadeed Exercises” held annually by the resistance factions, and includes two combat ranges “land and sea.”
The military official explained in a statement to Palestinian media that the exercise coincides with the 18th anniversary of the Zionist defeat from Gaza and raising the readiness of all resistance factions on the impact of Zionist threats.
The military official indicated that the exercise will simulate scenarios of storming settlements, raids, infiltrating behind lines, kidnapping soldiers and firing rocket barrages, towards hypothetical targets at sea.
The Joint Operations Room of the Palestinian Resistance Factions was officially formed on July 23, 2018, to confront the occupation violations in the occupied city of al-Quds (Jerusalem) and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
