STC exposes resounding scandal for pro-coalition official in Aden

ADEN, Aug 09 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) on Wednesday exposed a resounding scandal for Abdullah al-Alimi, a member of the “Presidential Leadership Council”, in the center of the city of Aden, which is under the control of the Saudi-led coalition.

Pro-STC media outlets reported that Al-Alimi occupied a piece of land which belong to the campus of the Faculty of Arts and al-Alsun, located in khor Maksar district, and built a new room next to the building he owns, which provoked anger of the citizens in the area.

The media sources confirmed that Al-Alimi took advantage of his influence to seize the college’s land.

The STC stressed the need to stop Al-Alimi’s excesses and violations and protect the university campus from repeated extensions.

This comes amid the spread of gangs looting citizens and seizing the state lands in the city.
