Protests continue in Aden

ADEN, July 22 (YPA) – Angry popular protests continued on Friday evening in the streets of Yemen’s southern port city of Aden.

A popular demonstration roamed the streets of the city of Al-Mansoura. Protesters chanted slogans against the Saudi-led coalition, the pro-coalition government and the local authority in Aden, denouncing the collapse of the national currency, electricity and poor services.

The demonstration comes as an extension of the angry protests in Aden and the southern governorates to condemn the collapse of living conditions due to the deterioration of the currency.
