Number of livestock died due to explosive remnants in Marib

MARIB, July 16 (YPA) -A number of livestock died as a result of the explosion of an object left over by Saudi-led coalition forces   in the Rahba district of Marib governorate, the Executive Center for Mine Action reported on late Saturday.

According to the center, the mine-related activities have been completely suspended by UN, and this is what doubles the number of victims and the suffering of citizens due to spread of these remnants.

The center pointed out that cluster bombs, mines and remnants of aggression directly affect the daily lives of civilians and their sources of livelihood.

Although casualties continue to fall on a daily basis, demining  action by the United Nations has been completely suspended, which multiplies the number of victims and increase the suffering of citizens due to the widespread of these remnants, the center said.
