SANAA, June 30 (YPA) – The Ministry of Human Rights of the Sanaa government condemned on Friday the continuation of American, British, and French policies targeting Yemeni human rights and deepening their suffering in all fields.
In a statement issued today, the ministry denounced the politicization of humanitarian files by America, Britain, and France in violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Vienna Declaration, warning of the repercussions of these positions on the worsening of human suffering.
The ministry held America, Britain, and France responsible for what the Yemeni people are exposed to due to their using starvation as a tool of war and manipulating humanitarian issues under false titles.
The Ministry of Human Rights indicated that the statement of those countries blatantly transcends the tasks of the United Nations and its humanitarian charters, mixes papers, reverses the facts, and presents these countries as a sponsor of the blockade and a major actor in exacerbating human suffering.
The statement stressed that the payment of salaries of state employees, pensions of retirees, and social security allowances is one of the rights of the Yemeni people.
The Ministry of Human Rights called on the United Nations, the international community, global human rights organizations, and all free people in the world to condemn the American, British, and French position, and to stand up for absent humanitarian principles.
