Gunmen abduct citizen in Taiz

TAIZ, June 14 (YPA) – Armed elements loyal to Saudi-led coalition kidnapped on Tuesday  a citizen in the center of Taiz city without revealing his fate for the third consecutive day.

According to sources close to the family of citizen Essam Abdul Rahman Haider Al-Qurashi, unknown gunmen kidnapped him while he was in front of his shop for repairing watches near Al-Mutahar Mosque in the Bab Moussa area in the center of the city.

The sources confirmed that Al-Qurashi’s daughter went to the police station in the region in search of her father and submitted a report that he was kidnapped

According to the sources, the concerned authorities did not act to the report of the abduction.

The sources indicated that the fate of al-Qurashi is still unknown without identifying abductors.
