Kuwait appoints Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah as Prime Minister

WORLD,  June 14 (YPA) – Kuwait’s crown prince re-appointed Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Sabah as prime minister and asked him to name a new Cabinet, Kuwait News Agency reported on Tuesday.

According to an Amiri Order, the Prime Minister shall implement this order and notify it to the National Assembly, which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.”

The prime minister’s previous government resigned following parliamentary elections earlier this month.
