Sanaa announces release of prisoner Faisal Rajab

SANAA, April 29 (YPA) – Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor, met on Saturday with the delegation of Abyan , Shabwa and Bayda tribes, which is currently visiting Sanaa.

In the meeting, bin Habtoor informed the directives of Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi to release Faisal Rajab, and hand him over to the tribal delegation, in conjunction with holding a press conference in this regard.

He affirmed that the delegation’s visit welcomed by all segments of society and the revolutionary and political leadership, including members and the President of the Supreme Political Council.

In turn, the head of the delegation, Sheikh Salem Al-Junaidi, expressed his thanks to the leader of the revolution, the head of the Supreme Political Council and the National Salvation Government for the decision to release Rajab, explaining that one of the purposes of the visit aimed also to strengthen brotherhood and affection, stressing that unity will remain firm in the heart of every Yemeni.
