SANAA, Feb. 25 (YPA) – Mahdi Al-Mashat, Chairman of the Supreme Political Council, praised the attendance in the capital Sanaa and other governorates in the mass rallies under the banner “Loyalty to the martyr Al-Sammad, Solidarity with the Palestinian people, and Warning to the Aggressors.”
In a statement to Yemeni News Agency (Saba), President Al-Mashat expressed his thanks to the Yemeni people, who come out in response to the call of Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, and in support of all his decisions.
He also expressed his loyalty to the martyr President Al-Sammad, and his solidarity with the Palestinian people and the Palestinian cause, and expressed his support for all legitimate and rightful demands for their freedom and independence, and their right to their wealth.
He said: “The martyr President Al-Samad presented a unique and rare model in the history of presidents in the world in integrity, loyalty and sacrifice.”
“The popular m of two million-rallies today in the capital Sana’a and other governorates of the Republic confirms that they will take the path of the martyr President Al-Sammad and all the martyrs until the Yemeni people gain their freedom and full independence,” he added.
President Al-Mashat stressed that solidarity with the Palestinian people is a principled, humanitarian, political and religious position and cannot change under any circumstances.
He added: “The Yemeni people, after 8 years of aggression and blockade, and after the great sacrifices they have made, are committed to their legitimate rights and their just cause.”
President Al-Mashat called on countries of the US-Saudi aggression to stop their aggression, lift their siege and foreign forces to leave Yemen, and bear all the legitimate obligations and entitlements and pay restitution to the Yemeni people for the damage they caused, stressing the rights of the Yemeni people to their wealth to pay salaries and services.
He pointed out that the American should take the warnings of the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi seriously, stressing that the consequences of ignoring the warnings of the Leader of the Revolution will be dire.
