Morocco is considering buying rocket launchers plus, report says

WORLD, Feb. 24 (YPA) – Morocco is considering buying rocket launchers plus from Tel Aviv, according a Zionist report.

“The capabilities of rocket launchers plus, produced by Elbit Systems Company, reach a distance of 300 kilometers,” The Israeli i24news.tv website reported.

It added that the acquisition of launchers by Moroccan forces will increase their defensive capabilities through artillery.

Moroccan purchases of Israeli weapons are expected to increase significantly in the coming years, in light of the signing of a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the defense and military fields last year, following the visit of former Zionist Defense Minister Benny Gantz to Rabat.

In late 2020, the Moroccan regime announced its betrayal of the Palestinian cause and the Arab nation by normalizing  relation with the Zionist entity, so the regime signed a number of agreements in various fields, most notably the security and military fields.

Morocco is scheduled to host the Negev 2 summit in March with Zionist participation, in addition to Jordan, Egypt, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates.
