Sanaa condemns Zionist enemy’s escalation in Palestinian territories

SANAA, Feb. 22 (YPA) -The Sanaa government’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned in the strongest terms on Wednesday the ongoing escalation of the Zionist enemy in the occupied Palestinian territories, the most recent of which was the storming of Nablus city, which resulted in the deaths of ten Palestinians and the wounding of dozens.

The Foreign Ministry confirmed in a statement that “the Zionist escalation will have dire consequences and will harm the region’s security and stability.”

The statement called on the international community, led by the Security Council, to assume its responsibilities in protecting the Palestinian people, restoring their usurped rights, and putting an end to the crimes of the Zionist enemy and its barbaric policies that undermine security and stability in the region and the world.

The Ministry’s statement reiterated Yemen’s solidarity with and support for the Palestinian people in the face of the Zionist aggression, as well as their right to defend themselves against the Zionist occupier and establish a Palestinian state on the entire soil of Palestine with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.
