SANAA, Jan. 15 (YPA) – An earthquake with a magnitude of five on the Richter Scale struck the province of Java in western Indonesia on Sunday morning.
The new China news agency “Xinhua” quoted the Meteorological and Geophysical Agency as saying that the earthquake occurred at 03: 32 am Indonesian time and its epicenter is located 25 kilometers northwest of the city of Bogor and at a depth of 132 kilometers under the seabed.
It added that the earthquake is not strong enough to cause a “Tsunami” and there were no immediate reports of injuries or property damage.
