Judicial Council refers judge to Court of Accounts

SANAA, Aug. 22 (YPA) – The Supreme Judicial Council referred in its meeting held on Monday in Sanaa one of the judges to the Accounting Council.

This came after the request of the head of the Judicial Inspection, for violating the judge with his job and duties in accordance with the law.

During the meeting, the council was briefed on some of the grievances referred by the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, regarding the reconsideration of some judicial rulings issued, and took the appropriate decisions in their regard.
