UAE militias withdrew from most of military sites in Hadramout

SHABWA, Aug. 22 (YPA) – UAE-funded Giant Brigades withdrew on Monday suddenly from most of the military sites and points on the road to Al-Abr area, after nearly 24 hours of control.

Sauces familiar with the matte said that Saudi Arabia forced the “Shabwa Defense” and Al-amaliqa militias, Giant, to leave many of the military points they had seized during the past two days on Al-Abr road in Hadramout province.

The source affirmed that Saudi Arabia returned the Islah militants to re-take several positions and points after the “Southern Transitional Council (SC) militias took control of them and released detainees.

The sources attributed Saudi Arabia’s return of Islah militants to their positions, fearing that the UAE would transfer the confrontations to its southern border with Hadramout.
