Israeli occupation kills Palestinian man in West Bank

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Aug. 19 (YPA) – A Palestinian citizen died on Friday of wounds he sustained during an Israeli occupation raid in the northern West Bank city of Tubas, according to the Health Ministry.

The Ministry confirmed in a press statement that Salah Tawfiq Sawafta, was shot by Israeli soldiers in the head as he was walking out a local mosque after performing the Fajr prayer during a raid in Tubas city.

Violent confrontations broke out between the Zionist enemy forces at dawn, during which  the resistance fighters fired at the enemy forces that stormed the city.
