SANAA, Aug. 03 (YPA) – The Office of Industry and Trade in the capital Sanaa closed on Wednesday 5 restaurants and bakeries for violations of prices and weight, as part of a field control campaign on the markets.
Director of the Industry and Trade Office in the capital, Ibrahim Abdelkader explained that during this week more than 200 restaurants were closed due to breaking generalization issued by the office and raised prices.
He noted that legal measures have been taken against the violators and took a commitment and obligations from them to sell at the prices set by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Meanwhile, Deputy Director of the Industry and Trade Office, Mohammed Sawdan noted that five restaurants are located in the districts of Shaoub, Sabeen and Al-Thawra.
