171 violations of humanitarian, military truce recorded in Yemen
SANAA, Jul. 03 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition forces and their mercenaries have committed 171 violations of the humanitarian and military truce, the official Yemeni news agency Saba reported on Saturday,
citing a military source.
According to the military source, the violations included five ones by flying of fighter jets and Apache over Al-Biqaa, Al-Sharqia, Al-Faraa, Al-Shabkah and Al-Sauh areas of Najran and 52 armed reconnaissance aircrafts flew over Marib, Taiz, Jawf, Hajjah, Saada, Bayda, Hodeida and Dhalea provinces and border fronts.
The source affirmed that three breaches were recorded by establishing combat fortifications in Al-Amood area of Jizan, Al-Sakinah and Al-Biqaa areas of Najran, in surrounds of Marib city, Tabat Al-Rawsi of Al-Dhabab area in Taiz and in east of Hays district in Hodeida.
Two breaches were recorded by air strikes of reconnaissance planes at citizens’ homes and army’s sites in Al-Barh area of Taiz and in Rawdhat Jahanam area of Marib.
Another breach was recorded by an offensive at the army and popular committees sites in Al-Balq Al-Sharqi area of Marib.
He also said that 17 violations by an artillery shelling were recorded at the army’s sites in Marib, Hajjah, Saada, Hodeida and border fronts.
The source mentioned that an artillery bombing attacked the army’s sites in Al-Balq Al-Sharqi and Al-Rawdha areas of Marib, Al-Mazraq, west of Haradh and Bani Hassan areas of Hajjah and Razih district in Saada.
The source added that an artillery bombardment targeted the army’s sites in Jabal Al-Omdah of Najran region, and in Wadi Jara of Jizan.
In addition, the source declared that 88 breaches were recorded, with heavy shooting at citizens’ homes and sites of the army and popular committees in Marib, Hajjah, Taiz, Saada, Hodeida Dhalea and border fronts.
