Mass protests against power outage hit Mukalla

MUKALLA, Jun. 29 (YPA) – Angry protests have escalated on Tuesday in the occupied city of Mukalla, Hadhramaut province, denouncing the deterioration of situation.

The protesters blocked some of the main roads in the city with stones and torched tires to express their anger,  in a protest against ongoing power outages.

The protesters chanted slogans against the Riyadh-formed Presidential Council and the coalition-run government, calling for their expulsion from the province.
