Citizen killed because of honor crime in Lahj

LAHJ, Jun. 25 (YPA) – A citizen was killed on Saturday because of an honor crime in Lahj province, north of Aden city, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources indicated that the local authorities freed an accused of raping a child after one year of imprisonment in Laba’os area of Yafa’ district, which motivated the victim’s brother to kill the accused in the area.
