Huge fire breaks out at Container Port in Aden

ADEN, Jun. 17 (YPA) – A huge fire broke out this evening at Yemen’s  southern port city o of Aden, local sources said.

According to the sources, the fire broke out in the dining hall inside the container port in al-Ma’ala directorate.

The fire caused material damage to port facilities, one of the sources said.

The fire at the container port comes days after a similar fire at the Oil Harbor in Al Buraiqeh district, as sources confirmed that the fire was arson and occurred under arrangements to form a committee to check the quantities in the port amid accusations of looting quantities.
