Security official killed in Aden

ADEN, March 29 (YPA) – A security official loyal to Saudi-led coalition has been killed in Yemen’s southern port city of Aden, local sources reported on Tuesday.

According to the sources, Captain Karam al-Mashreqi was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Sheikh Othman district.

The gunmen set an ambush and fired a hail of bullets Sheikh Othman Akram al-Mashreqi while he was going to his work headquarter in the district.

Activists on social media expressed widespread anger following the killing of the commander of the eighth sector in Sheikh Othman as a result of deterioration of the  security in Aden province.
