YPC: Saudi-led coalition holds ship loaded with gasoline

SANAA, March 02 (YPA) – The Yemeni Petroleum Company (YPC) in Sanaa announced on Wednesday that the Saudi-led coalition prevented the urgent gasoline ship “Caesar” from entering the port of Hodeida despite obtaining UN permits.

YPC spokesperson, Issam Al-Mutawakel, said in a tweet on Twitter: “the coalition forcibly took the ship off the coast of Jizan.”

He pointed out that the coalition, through this work, is deepening the suffering of the Yemeni citizen and continuing to intensify the stifling fuel crisis in Yemen.
