Meteorology: Very cold weather expected to go on within coming 24 hours

SANAA, Feb. 15 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology expected that very cold weather would continue in several provinces during the next 24 hours.

The center indicated that the cold wave would target the provinces of Saada, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar, Bayda, Ibb, Dhalea Ibb, Taiz, Lahj, Abyan, Shabwa, Hadramout and Marib and Jawf.

The center warned citizens, especially the elderly, children, patients and workers, during the night and early morning of the cold weather.

It explained that the lowest temperatures recorded in some weather monitoring stations this morning would be in Amran: 4.4, Dhamar: 4.5, Sanaa: 5.4, Sayun: 7.5, Al-Sadah (Ibb): 8.5, Ataq: 9.8. Ibb: 10.
