Brigade commander of STC escapes assassination attempt in Lahj

LAHJ, Feb. 03 (YPA) – Three militants of the companions of the Eighth Brigade commander of southern transitional council, were killed on Thursday and others injured in an assassination attempt targeted their commander in Lahj province.

Local sources declared that an explosive device exploded in the military vehicle of the coomander Yasser Al-Subaihi, which resulted in death of three guards and wounding others in Tawr Al-Baha area.

The sources pointed out that the brigade commander was slightly injured, without revealing who was behind the assassination attempt.
