Army inflicts Saudi-backed militias heavy losses in Jawf, Taiz: Report

SANAA, June 14 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Thursday killed and wounded dozens of the Saudi-led coalition militias in Jawf  and Taiz provinces and inflicted them heavy losses, the military media reported.

In Jawf, the army attacked several sites of the militias in Mazwabah area of Moton district, killing at least 15 militiamen and wounding 20 others.

Three commanders of the militias were among the killed.

In Taiz, the army killed dozens of the militiamen, when it repelled their infiltration attempts in Himiar and Anin areas.
