GAZA, Jan. 02 (YPA) – Israeli occupation warplanes launched a series of airstrikes on different locations across the Gaza strip on late Saturday.
Palestinian sources said that Israeli raids targeted the Al-Qadisiyah position west of Khan Younis, confirming that explosions were heard in the twon.
According to the sources, at least ten bombs were dropped at locations across the Gaza strip in western Khan Yunis. Smoke plumes were seen in the targeted area. No information about casualties has been reported so far.
On the other hand, resistance factions have reportedly retaliated against the Israeli attacks firing from its land-based anti-aircraft fire.
As part of its missile tests, they fired two missiles towards the sea as a warning message to the Zionist enemy.
