Coalition airstrikes kill 15 militants loyal to Hadi forces in Shabwah

SHABWAH, Dec. 31 (YPA) – Saudi-led coalition launched airstrikes on Hadi and Islah forces in Shabwah province during which 15 militants were killed and six others were injured.

This was reported by Yemen News Portal, based on the testimonies of local sources.

According to the sources, the coalition’s airstrikes on the Hadi forces took place in an area in Al-Makha district, northwest of Shabwah.

The raids came as pro-UAE factions took control of Shabwah and neutralized and weakened the Islah party’s Ataq axis, following the dismissal and weakening of Islah governor Mohammed bin Udio, and the appointment of a new governor loyal to the UAE.
