Muqtada al-Sadr casts his vote in the parliamentary elections

NAJAF, Oct. 10 (YPA) – The leader of the Sadrist movement, Sayyed Muqtada al-Sadr, cast his vote in the parliamentary elections.

“Sadr arrived at a polling station in Najaf province to cast his vote,” Sumerian News reported.

Polling stations opened at 7:00 a.m. Baghdad time in the country’s first early parliamentary elections since 2003.
