SANAA, Jun. 19 (YPA) – Former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has refused to leave the postholder’s official residence, Hebrew media reported on Friday.
According to a report of the 12th Channel, on Friday evening, Netanyahu is required to leave the official headquarters of the prime minister of the country, which is located on Balfour Street in the occupied city of al-Quds ( Jerusalem), refusing to allow the new prime minister, Naftali Bennett, to move there.
According to the Channel, Bennett demanded that Netanyahu speed up the evacuation of the government’s official headquarters in just two weeks, sending the new prime minister an official letter to Netanyahu.
Netanyahu had already notified Bennett of his need for several weeks to evacuate the official headquarters in occupied al-Quds.
In the same vein, Israeli media reports said that Netanyahu had destroyed some papers in his office before the new prime minister, Naftali Bennett, entered.
According to the Israeli newspaper Maariv, some reports said Netanyahu had torn up some documents that had been stored in his office cabinets with a paper shredder, just before Bennett entered the government’s official residence.
