Military commander loyal to Hadi fled from Marib to Shabwah

SHABWAH, Feb. 9 (ypa) – A large military convoy arrived in Shabwah province includes military commanders and equipment after they fled from Marib province.

This was reported by Yemen News Portal, based on tribal sources.

According to the tribal sources, the convoy follows the commander of the 21st Brigade Mika Colonel Mubarak Saleh Dawood.

They pointed out that he fled from the fronts of the fighting with his equipment after the fall of the positions of his forces in the battles with the Yemeni army and popular committees on the outskirts of the city.

The convoy includes more than 20 military vehicles and equipment of various kinds.

The convoy took to desert roads for fear of being intercepted by Hadi’s posts, which intensified their deployment on the Marib and Jawf borders to prevent the leadership from fleeing as the Yemeni army advanced.
